Quite quickly, the powder will begin to melt, forming a convex pattern. The pattern is ready!

From scrap paper, cut out rectangular pieces larger than the cardstock. We stick to each other with double-sided tape. At the same time, we place them at an angle relative to each other.

Step 5: tracing paper

We decorate the card with a special tracing paper for scrapbooking.

Glue a strip of tracing paper with adhesive tape to the back of the cardstock.

It can also be decorated with sequins, velvet or lacquer details. It is allowed to use tracing paper, wrapping paper, corrugated cardboard. Textured fabrics are used for decoration: lace, felt or felt. For the manufacture of small items, such as small flowers - organza, multi-colored threads, straws and "angel hair". Another type of handmade quilling goes well with this technique. The art of creating three-dimensional paintings from long and thin strips of paper, crowded in a certain way.
