Greetings, dear reader! Today I will tell you how to make a letter in Word. In my work, I had to issue a large number of diplomas and certificates for the participants of the competition. When I faced this task for the first time, I acted unwisely, as I spent a lot of time.
Creation of a charter
I printed the certificate for each participant separately, so each time I had to fill out the contents again. This experience made me look for more rational ways to fill out letters. The first thing that came to mind was to search the Internet. But the finished program could not be found. But I liked a very effective way to fill out diplomas using programs from the Microsoft office suite.
In this article I will tell you how to make a letter in Word. I will teach you how to quickly fill in and print diplomas, diplomas and certificates using Word and Excel programs.
Creating a list of awardees
First you need to make a spreadsheet in Excel. We enter data for diplomas, diplomas or certificates into it. The information from this table will be substituted into a ready-made diploma template that runs in Word.
This method is universal. It can be used in various versions of the Microsoft office suite with minor adjustments to the interface elements of a particular application.
