What can I say exactly in terms of how interesting it is to play with Furby. Everything is extremely ambiguous, the first impression is great, but in a couple of days the same type of reactions gets boring. Then another couple of evenings will be spent looking at all the characters - and that, alas, is all. If we talk about a child, I think Furby will be enough for a maximum of a month.

At the same time, more than one set of batteries will have to be replaced this month - I used not the worst Panasonic, it lasted three days. The replacement procedure is not the most convenient, you need to unscrew two screws.

There is another moment, my toy periodically hung up, I had to unscrew two screws again in order to gain access to the reset button. I suppose it's also about the batteries - and with the same Duracell it could be better. But when buying and giving a child, you should think in advance what you will say if the toy starts to “die” every 2-3 days.

It is also worth noting the application for iOS / Android, it can do a little - feed the toy different ways and "translate" what she says. As I understand it, when pronouncing a phrase, there is a high-frequency marker in front of it, and it is from it that the program (and other Furby) understand what exactly was said. The feint is interesting, but it only works close to the toy and in the absence of background noise.

Conclusion

In general, the toy is interesting, and I liked it. However, they gave it to me for a test - but for 4-5 thousand rubles (not to mention larger amounts), I would not buy it. The 50 bucks that it costs in the US is a very reasonable price for the features that Furby provides. You can overpay, with delivery to Russia it turns out 2.5 thousand, this money (with a scratch) is also worth it.

However, what are the prospects for sales of official, localized Furby at a price of 4,300 rubles at the end of February - I find it difficult to say. Common sense dictates that there will be few buyers, and the wow factor will be the main sales driver. Furby doesn't change characters anymore, hooray! Now he is constantly cute! He doesn’t want to communicate with the previous Furbys, at least with the first one, or rather, everyone is cracking something of his own and that’s it))) The first Furby from the new one changed its mood to a musical one, apparently due to the fact that he heard the songs. But I didn’t see any kind of communication with meaning.

While there is a problem with connecting it via bluetooth, he doesn’t want to play with the application in any way - I’m waiting for a response from the developers, I’m looking for a solution myself. I'll post when I get results!

There were problems with the connection on android, on an apple there are rarely problems.

Eyes are very attractive, such a cutie! But too loud, this is a minus. In terms of volume, like previous versions, there is a lack of a button to make it quieter. I'm afraid to imagine what our neighbors hear and what they think when we play with him)))))

The fur is beautiful, soft, does not come out.

Furby no longer changes characters, which I'm glad ... the first one was always evil, no matter how softly they played, it's still nasty, unless you just touch it and sometimes just stroke it ... unfortunately between themselves furbu Connect and the first version - do not contact. Like two fools from different planets broadcast something of their own, the first one reacts to sounds, it has a sound module, it has become musical from connecta, I just heard enough))) But this is far from the interaction that I would like to see.

The connection has increased by 15%, the movement mechanism is hidden below, now it does not click on the table like the first one and does not try to climb onto the edge of the table and fall off.

The ears have become safer, there is no fear that the child may stumble on his ear. Somehow psychologically he is nicer with them and safer.

The antenna burns like New Year's lanterns with different and beautiful flowers, still makes sounds, good feature!

The mask works well, the main thing is to insert it to the end, immediately falls asleep and sleeps. Having removed the mask, it is not so easy to wake him up, most often you need to turn the Furby over.

I advise you to buy a charger and 4 batteries of any at least 2500 capacity. We have Duracell. Before updating the application, the charge ended faster, now it lasts longer. For 3-4 hours for sure, if not at all, it's annoying to play with him. We have enough of this for a few days, so I personally do not see any problems with food.

Cute, kids love it. Especially when he asks for an application, and this is every time, I join the children and play together almost every day, it’s even entertaining myself)))
