Stages of work:
1. We print out the template, having previously increased it to the size you need, and cut it out.
Basket template:
We circle the basket template on 3mm thick felt and cut out the blanks.
Let's start assembling the basket. We sew the side of the basket. Then sew the bottom of the basket to the side.
2. From a ribbon 2.5 cm wide we make a ruffle. To do this, fold the tape into folds of 1 cm and sew them with threads along the edge.
Glue the finished ruffle along the edge of the basket with hot glue.
3. We seal the bottom edge of the ruffle with rep tape.
4. Chamomile pattern:
From felt, we cut out two blanks for chamomile and three leaves according to the template. We glue the blanks of chamomile and glue the middle.
5. Glue the leaves and chamomile to the basket.
From the braid "zig-zag" and wire we make a handle. To do this, we glue two identical pieces of zig-zag braid, and glue the wire between them. We bend the blank of the handle, giving it the shape of an arc, and glue it to the basket.

Material: three colors of felt, scissors, ruler, thread, needle, cloth
Progress:
Cut out the details of the basket from felt. Using a ruler, draw strips of equal width on the felt.
Then cut them carefully. Get stripes different color and the same width.
Sew the strips to the edge of the fabric, as shown in the photo, and then weave the basket according to the scheme.

DIY felt basket master class
Here is a list of the materials and tools I used:
Felt (it is better to take a thicker piece);
Ruler or centimeter;
Scissors;
Tailor's hole punch;
Cord (may be tape, etc.);
Flowers from ribbon decoration;
Start by tracing a round object of large diameter with chalk on felt, as a stencil, you can take a large plate or bowl, in my case, the diameter is about 44 cm, it all depends on what size you have left felt and what final size of the product you are interested in.
Now, around the entire circumference at an equal distance, about 5 cm apart, set aside segments of 8 cm with chalk (this parameter can also be changed, thereby adjusting the depth of the future knapsack). We make even cuts along the deferred lines with scissors.
After that, from both edges of each segment at a height of 1 cm, make punctures for the lace using a hole punch or an awl.

Assemble the structure onto a cord, alternating segments, thread through all the holes, pull the product to the desired size.

First, it is better to draw a template on paper, since my felt sheets were A4, it was very convenient.
After paper template ready, cut it out.
We pin the template to a sheet of felt with tailor's pins or simple needles and cut it out.
We cut off the excess, but do not throw it away: it will still come in handy.
It should turn out like on a paper blank. Four folding "ears" and a square in the middle. 
Now let's start the "assembly". Sew adjacent sides. I took threads of a contrasting color, it seems to me that it looks more interesting this way. Everything, of course, depends on your desire. 
We sew the handle with a similar seam - two equal long strips of felt of the same color.
Sew the handle to the basket.
So bright felt basket does not even require decoration. But since the day of all lovers is approaching, we will decorate it with multi-colored felt hearts.
Cut out hearts different sizes, glue them or sew them the way you want.

The material is inexpensive and comfortable to use. Felt crafts are very practical, they do not lose their decorativeness, brightness and shape for years. Details do not require overcasting and do not crumble. All elements are glued, so you do not have to sew. You can do needlework with your children. The basket is suitable for packing sweets, Easter eggs, fruits, storage of small things and jewelry.
Basket materials
Felt is sold in shops for needlework and children's art. For this master class, it is better to choose denser holding the shape. Flowers can be made from thinner material.
To make a basket, prepare:
- felt brown, blue, yellow, blue, red and green;
- scissors;
- pen or pencil;
- glue "Moment" transparent;
- ruler;
- compass.

Manufacturing and decoration technique
On a sheet of brown A4 felt, draw a circle using a compass or improvised materials (plates). Divide the circle into equal parts lines as shown in the photo. It will be the bottom.
From the middle of each line, mark 0.5-0.7 mm and draw lines on both sides.
Cut out the resulting shape with scissors.
Sharpen each end of the beam.
Next, from the same color, cut out two strips 1 cm wide so long that it completely clasps the rays all around. In this case, the rays should be bent in a vertical position. Glue the first strip, moving away from the bottom of the felt basket about 0.5 cm
Glue the second strip at a distance of 1 cm from the bottom.
Cut out another strip of brown felt. for pen baskets. The width of the strip is also approximately 1 cm, and the length is equal to the side of the A4 rectangle. Glue the strip handle so that its edges are on the inside.
Now cut a strip 3 cm wide from a green sheet. The length should be equal to the length of the horizontal stripes that were glued a little earlier.
With a pencil, draw "grass" of different heights so that the bottom is solid. Cut out the detail.
Glue the "grass" at the bottom of the basket.
To make a "strawberry", fold a piece of red felt three times with an accordion and draw an oval on one side.
Cut out.
Cut out strawberry cuttings from green. Add cuttings to the ovals.
To make flowers to decorate the basket, prepare a blue square, draw a circle on it with lines dividing the figure into 8 equal parts.
Draw petals between these lines and cut out the flower. Make the second flower in the same way, but smaller.
Place the smaller flower on top of the larger one and secure with glue. In the middle, attach a small yellow circle - the core of the flower.
Glue the felt flowers to the basket. Beautiful, simple and spring-like joyful!
It remains to fill with goodies and can be used for any purpose. For example, put on the Easter table or under the Christmas tree.
