Going to the store for home shopping, I spend most of the time in especially fragrant departments - these are “soap” shelves. Passing by colorful pieces and bottles, you mystically feel yourself either in an exotic country, or in a fragrant garden, or surrounded by juicy ripe fruits, etc.
Last time I stocked up on a bar of Camay soap from the French Romantique collection (romantic nature) with a drop of scarlet rose perfume. What happened next? Find out under the cut.
To my surprise, I discovered the fact that I had never used this particular brand of bar soap. I've had shower gel, liquid soap, body lotion, but never bar soap...
It is known that aromas can work real miracles: with one you can become gentle and modest, and with the other - a fatal temptress. The smell of this soap just drove me crazy! It is deep, rich, bright, familiarly gives off roses, but notes of velvet and sweetness make it clear that the fragrance is sillage and complex. As soon as I put a new piece in the bathroom, immediately the whole room was filled with this wonderful aroma. 
So, there is a perfume in the composition. This is stated by the manufacturer, and it is clearly understood when you try the fragrance. It seems to me that Camay has long understood what we want to receive from water procedures. Purity, pleasant sensations and aromas. Therefore, he created a technology in which one can find a luxurious perfume composition in every soap. After use, the fragrance remains on the body for a long time (about 2-3 hours). By the way, this brand has a history and has existed since 1926! 
Having bought it initially for hands, I decided to try it for the body instead of the gel. Foams well and functions detergent performs excellently. The airy foam caresses the skin, giving it a subtle, charming, seductively delicate fragrance.
In short, I am completely delighted with the fragrance))), however, I don’t remember that I was so euphoric from Camay shower gels (I had with chamomile and aloe from the Soft collection) ... And the fragrance was not so persistent, although also quite pleasant ... Perhaps this is a nice bonus in the French Romantique collection ... 
In form, all Camay soaps are elongated and narrow, they fit comfortably in the palm of your hand, soap from the French Romantique collection is no exception. It looks very small and neat, I even doubted if it really contains 90 grams? But that's right! The manufacturer is honest with us in this regard.)))

I am not particularly strong in the compositions, but for informational purposes I dug into terms and noticed that there is no sodium hydroxide, parabens, and a couple of popular preservatives Methylisothiazolinone and Methylchloroisothiazolinone, which most often cause allergies. 
Soap does not dry the skin, but, however, I did not feel any additional beneficial sensations, such as moisturizing and skin care. But despite this, the assessment of this product is simply the hardest. five plus! After all, now every shower with Camay French Romantique soap, with its captivating aroma, is associated for me with a luxurious Spa. Moreover, the price is pleasantly pleasing - 35 rubles for 90 grams. I've been using it for about three weeks and it has not ended yet, so I conclude that the soap is economical.
I am determined to treat myself to other products from the French Romantique collection. I set my sights on a shower gel (it’s more familiar to me than a bar of soap) and a solid antiperspirant deodorant. The collection also includes liquid hand soap, roll-on and aerosol antiperspirants. 
Preparing to write this post, I learned about the release of the updated Camay collection, until I saw it on the shelves of my city. But I have plans to try these products. 
They will delight us with a new design and recipe - long-lasting fragrances that stay on the skin for up to 8 hours! after a shower ... Well, we will definitely check it, but for now I use soap with pleasure!
