It is better to cut out the handles of the snowman individually. That is, 2 parts each, and not 4 at once, in order to sew along the drawn line.

When stitching them, leave a hole for eversion and stuffing on the inner fold. We twist and stuff the handles of the snowman.

The line for subsequent sewing with a blind seam should be as straight as possible, then this seam is easier to make.

From the fluffy fabric we cut out felt boots according to the pattern (their bottom is from the main fabric) and strips for the scarf. We sew the legs.

We make eyes from beads, a carrot of a nose is an inverted tip of a lace. Snowman's headphones are mugs made of the same terry cloth. The rim for them is a strip of green felt.
