Calling the general is useless, and dangerous, we are constantly threatened with new recertifications. We know you as a fair and objective defender of the rights of law enforcement officers and ask you to inform the Ministry of Internal Affairs in any way about the situation with bonuses indicated by us. During the discussion of this letter at the forum of the Trade Union, it was preliminary established that the distribution of bonuses for the day of an employee of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation was, apparently, unsystematic and the procedure for these payments was not communicated to employees in any way, i.е. there is no clarity and "transparency" in this matter.
The following is a list of divisions; according to the employees serving in them, the bonus on the day of November 10, 2012 varies dozens of times, and varies from 0 to 60,000 rubles.
