On March 23, 2017, Order No. 89 of the Minister of Defense came into force, "On Amendments to Appendix No. 1 to Order No. 300 of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation dated June 22, 2015 "On Approval of the Rules for Wearing Military Uniforms, Insignia, Departmental Insignia differences and other heraldic signs in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the Procedure for mixing items of existing and new military uniforms in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

In accordance with it, all military personnel undergoing military service under a contract in the positions of soldiers (sailors), sergeants and foremen are required to wear sleeve patches indicating the number of years that the serviceman has served in the army.

How do the sleeve patches indicating the service life look like?

Sleeve patches have the shape of squares golden color or plain green for VKPO and have different thickness depending on the service life. The thickness of the squares can be of two types 10 mm. meaning one year of service and 20 mm. - meaning five years of service. The width of the squares located vertically one above the other is 55 m, around them there must be a black edging equal to 3 mm. respectively chevron width is 61mm. The height depends on the service life of the soldier. The final form of the sleeve patch is determined by adding the required number of squares, depending on the number of years of service.

Where should the sleeve patches be placed?

2.1. Organize the study of the Rules approved by this order by employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation.

2.2. When conducting drill reviews and before entering the service, check compliance by employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation with the Rules approved by this order.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Ministers, who are responsible for the relevant areas of activity.

Rules for wearing uniforms, insignia and departmental insignia by employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation

I. Fundamentals

1. These Rules for the wearing of uniforms, insignia and departmental insignia 1 by employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation establish the procedure for employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation 2 to wear uniforms, departmental insignia of an employee, departmental insignia and insignia for special ranks 3.

2. The right to wear uniforms by employees in accordance with the assigned special ranks applies to employees and persons dismissed from service in the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation 4 with the right to wear uniforms established at the time of dismissal.

Uniforms worn must conform to established patterns and descriptions, be fitted and maintained in good condition.

3. Uniforms are subdivided by categories of employees and types into: output uniforms (for building and out of order), everyday uniforms (for building and out of order), special uniforms, uniforms for outdoor service (patrol and road -patrol), and each of them according to the season - for summer and winter.

During working hours, employees are required to wear the uniform established for them, with the exception of persons who are allowed to wear civilian clothes during working hours.

4. Employees wear uniforms:

a) the exit uniform - when taking the oath, when presenting banners to the internal affairs bodies and educational institutions, when appointing to the guard of honor, when receiving state awards the Russian Federation, when presented to immediate superiors upon appointment to a position and assignment of a special rank, at official events, on holidays;

b) everyday uniform - in the performance of official duties in all other cases;

c) a special form of clothing - when employees of individual units perform the special service and operational tasks assigned to them;

d) uniform for outdoor service - when performing patrol and road patrol service.

5. Special clothing, special shoes and safety devices, laid down in accordance with the relevant supply standards, are worn by employees to protect against adverse environmental influences and ensure that they perform official and special duties, including when servicing equipment and service animals.

From exposure to low air temperatures in the line of duty, employees are allowed to wear warm clothes every day in winter (sheepskin coats, fur jackets and trousers, fur-lined mittens, felt boots).

6. Heads (heads) of departments of the central apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the district, interregional and regional levels, educational institutions, research, medical and sanitary and sanatorium organizations of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, district departments of the logistics system The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, other organizations and divisions created to perform the tasks and exercise the powers vested in the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, the commanders of the combat units of the State Traffic Inspectorate, and in their absence, the head of the relevant traffic police unit sets the uniform, taking into account the nature and conditions of the tasks performed, transition to summer or winter uniforms, as well as organization (at least twice a year) of drill reviews, as a result of which measures are taken to eliminate the identified shortcomings.

7. For following in the ranks, drill reviews, meetings, conferences and service activities, the type of uniform is established by the persons conducting these events.

8. By decision of the heads (chiefs) of the main departments, departments and directorates of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the district, interregional and regional levels, educational institutions, research, medical and sanitary and sanitary resort organizations of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, other organizations and units created to perform the tasks and exercise the powers assigned to the internal affairs bodies during official hours, taking into account the functions they perform, employees may not wear uniforms.

II. The uniform of persons in command and rank and file of internal affairs bodies with special ranks of the police, internal service and justice (for men)

a gray-blue blouse (long-sleeved with a tie, short-sleeved without a tie) without a jacket with a summer uniform (worn out of order).

25. When cadets (students) are involved in service in internal attire and in the protection of public order, the uniform is established in accordance with paragraph 6 of these Rules.

26. Wearing items of a special form of clothing by cadets studying at specialized faculties for the training of employees special units(Special Forces Center for Rapid Response Forces and Aviation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, as well as special forces centers for rapid response forces, mobile special forces and special rapid response units of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation at the district, interregional and regional levels) is established by order the head (head) of an educational institution, taking into account the transition to wearing summer or winter uniforms.

VI. The uniform of employees of the internal affairs bodies with special police ranks, carrying out external service (except for the road patrol service), as well as other employees of the internal affairs bodies involved in the performance of duties assigned to the police

a polo shirt (without a T-shirt) instead of a summer suit jacket with a summer uniform;

a dark blue wool cap with a dark blue wool jumper (sweater) with a summer uniform;

a fur hat with earflaps made of dark blue sheepskin instead of a fur hat made of dark blue sheepskin (in areas with a particularly cold and cold climate);

31. With a road patrol uniform, it is allowed to wear:

a gray-blue shirt with long sleeves (with a tie and a fastener) instead of a T-shirt with a summer uniform (options N 3, N 5) and with a winter uniform;

a gray-blue shirt with short sleeves without a tie instead of a gray-blue shirt with long sleeves in summer uniforms (options N 1, N 4);

a white shirt with long sleeves instead of a gray-blue shirt with long sleeves in summer uniforms (options N 1, N 4) and in winter uniforms;

a white shirt with short sleeves without a tie instead of a gray-blue shirt with long sleeves in summer uniforms (options N 1, N 4);

a summer cap in dark blue with a reflective tape with a summer uniform (option N 4);

a suit jacket in summer dark blue with rolled up sleeves at an air temperature of +20 C and above;

It is allowed to wear white weekend gloves with a summer uniform (options N 1, 4) at official events and on holidays.

32. Wearing the items of uniform specified in paragraph 30, taking into account the nature of the tasks performed, as well as based on weather conditions, is established in accordance with paragraph 6 of these Rules.

The right to wear uniforms for the road patrol service are employees of the combat units of the traffic police.

33. When solving official tasks not related to the implementation of the functions assigned to the traffic police, traffic police officers are required to wear everyday uniforms established for commanding officers and rank and file of internal affairs bodies with special police ranks.

2. Rules for wearing military uniforms and insignia of military personnel, departmental insignia and other heraldic insignia established in the prescribed manner (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) - the established procedure for wearing military clothing, military footwear, military equipment, state awards, insignia military personnel, departmental insignia and other heraldic signs.

3. The military uniform is subdivided according to the categories of servicemen and types of uniform into full dress (for formation and out of formation), everyday (for formation and out of formation) and field, and each of these forms of clothing is seasonally divided into summer and winter.

4. Servicemen wear military uniforms of the following types:

front door - when participating in parades and at official events with the participation of troops; on holidays of the military unit*; when receiving state awards; when presenting a military unit of the Battle Banner; when launching a ship entering service, when hoisting the Naval ensign on the ship; upon appointment to the guard of honor; when serving as sentries for the protection of the Battle Banner of a military unit. It is allowed to wear full dress uniform on weekends, during off-duty hours;

5. Periodically, but at least once a quarter, including when switching to summer or winter uniforms, commanders of military units conduct drill reviews. Based on the results of these reviews, measures are taken to eliminate the identified shortcomings.

During the temporary stay of military personnel in another military district (fleet, flotilla) or garrison, the uniform for the season established in this military district (fleet, flotilla), garrison should be observed.

6. Servicemen wear military uniforms according to their type, branch of service of the Armed Forces and corresponding to their military rank.

7. 8. In parks, garages, docks, workshops, laboratories, medical institutions, warehouses, airfields, on the territory of military units, on ships, on the instructions of the commanders of military units, it is envisaged to wear special, work clothes, shoes, equipment and protective equipment.

IV. Features of wearing military uniforms

30. Astrakhan hats are worn with a golden cockade, colonels - with a gray cap, senior officers - with a red cap (in the Air Force (Air Force), Airborne Forces and Space Forces - blue) color.

Astrakhan hats with a visor are worn with a golden cockade.

Hats with earflaps made of astrakhan are worn with a golden cockade when performing tasks to protect the objects of the central apparatus of the Ministry of Defense.

Fur hats with earflaps are worn with a golden cockade, with a field uniform - with a khaki cockade.

Wearing fur earflaps with lowered earmuffs is allowed at an air temperature of -10 ° C and below, and with earmuffs tied at the back - when servicing weapons and military equipment, at chores and at the direction of the commander of a military unit (unit). With the headphones raised, the ends of the braid are tied and tucked under the headphones, with the headphones lowered, they are tied under the chin.

Woolen caps are worn with a golden cockade, with a red band (in the Air Force, Airborne Forces and Space Forces - blue, in tank, artillery, anti-aircraft missile, automobile, engineering, topographical, technical, road troops, strategic missile troops, communications troops, radiation, chemical and biological protection, fuel service - black) and red piping (in the Air Force, Airborne Forces and Space Forces - blue) color; in the Navy - with a black band and white piping.

On the crown of the blue woolen caps there is a metal emblem of the Air Force of golden color (for senior officers of the Air Force - embroidered with 5% gilding).

Field caps (panamas) of camouflage colors are worn with a khaki cockade, and in the cases established by these Rules, when the field uniform is used as everyday wear, with a golden cockade.

Woolen caps are worn with a golden cockade, with red piping (blue in the Air Force, Airborne Forces and Space Forces, white in the Navy).

Cotton caps are worn with a golden cockade.

Astrakhan berets and protective woolen ones (blue in the Air Force and Airborne Forces, black in the Navy) are worn with a golden cockade.

Astrakhan hats and astrakhan hats with a visor, fur hats with earflaps, woolen caps, summer, field and panama hats are worn straight, without tilt. Caps, berets and peakless caps are put on with a slight inclination to the right side. At the same time, the visor of a hat made of astrakhan with a visor, a woolen, summer and field cap should be at the level of the eyebrows, and the lower edge of a hat made of astrakhan, fur hats with earflaps, peakless caps, garrison caps, a woolen beret and panama - at a distance of 2 - 4 cm above the eyebrows.

With headgear (except astrakhan papas, astrakhan hats with a visor, astrakhan berets), military personnel wear two needles with threads of white and protective (black) color, which should be: in fur hats with earflaps - under the visor; in woolen and summer caps, caps, peakless caps and panama hats - under the forehead; in field caps and woolen berets - under the valve to cover the attachment of the cockade.

Woolen caps are worn with woolen coats for female military personnel, blue woolen tunics of the Navy, woolen sweaters, jackets, dresses and shirts (blouses) of established colors.

31. Senior officers (except for the Navy) wear woolen coats with red piping (blue in the Air Force, Airborne Forces and Space Forces).

32. Black woolen tunics are worn with the top button fastened or unbuttoned (with sides in the form of lapels), Navy blue woolen tunics are worn without a shirt and tie.

Woolen jackets (except for summer woolen jackets) officers of the Navy (except for senior officers) in full dress wear with golden metal ornaments in the form of laurel branches and anchors 34 mm high, entwined with golden ropes. The branches of the ornaments are placed at a distance of 3 mm from the edge and departure of the collar, the anchors - at a distance of 10 mm from the inner corner of the branches.

Woolen jackets (except for summer woolen jackets) midshipmen and ensigns of the Navy in full dress wear with metal anchors 34 mm high, entwined with ropes, of golden color. Anchors are placed at a distance of 10 mm from the corner of the collar.

Woolen sweaters are worn out of order over a shirt (blouse) with a tie.

Uniforms (flanelevkas) are worn tucked into woolen trousers. Jackets of naval suits are worn not tucked into trousers of a naval suit. It is allowed to wear uniforms, naval jackets without vests in hot weather.

33. Trousers woolen officers and ensigns wear:

sea ​​green with edging (higher officers - with edging and stripes) red;

khaki with piping (higher officers - with piping and stripes) red (in the Airborne Forces and Space Forces - blue) or without them;

34. Shirts (blouses) with long sleeves are allowed to wear:

with a tie, without a woolen tunic (woolen jacket, summer woolen jacket, woolen jacket, woolen sweater) with summer (in office premises - with summer and winter) full dress and everyday uniforms;

Shirts (blouses) with short sleeves are allowed to be worn with the top button unbuttoned, without a tie, without a woolen tunic (woolen jacket, summer woolen jacket, woolen jacket, woolen sweater) or with a tie in summer dress and everyday uniforms.

35. Black ties are attached to a shirt (blouse) with a golden clip, between the third and fourth buttons from the top.

36. Winter field jackets are worn with or without a scarf. It is allowed to wear winter field jackets with an unbuttoned top button, without insulation, in inclement weather - with a hood, and also without a waist belt.

It is allowed to wear winter field jackets with summer field uniforms.

Winter field trousers are worn tucked into boots with high berets.

37. Summer field jackets are worn tucked into summer field trousers), with a buttoned or unbuttoned top button (with sides in the form of lapels), with a hemmed white collar, the upper edge of which should protrude 1-2 mm above the collar of the summer field jacket. It is allowed to wear summer field jackets over summer field trousers and without a collar.

It is allowed in hot weather to wear summer field jackets with sleeves rolled up to the lower edge of the sleeve pockets.

Summer field trousers are worn tucked into boots with high berets.

38. A scarf is worn neatly tucked under the collar of a woolen coat, demi-season jacket, demi-season raincoat, winter jacket, so that the upper edge of the scarf evenly protrudes 1-2 cm above the collar of the specified item of military clothing.

39. Gloves are worn with winter uniforms for the formation. Otherwise, gloves are not required.

40. Ceremonial belts are worn:

over woolen coats, woolen tunics, woolen jackets;

under woolen jackets and summer woolen jackets.

Front belts are located:

on woolen tunics:

aquamarine, camouflage (blue, except navy) colours:

black - between the first and second buttons from the bottom;

43. Capes of camouflage colors (in the Navy - black) are worn by military personnel in inclement weather over military clothing. It is allowed to wear a cape in a bag for wearing a cape on a belt over the shoulder.

44. Field bags are worn on the left thigh on a belt worn over the right shoulder over everyday items and field uniform clothes.

45. Officers and midshipmen of the Navy wear daggers on the front belt on the left thigh, the handle is at the level of the hand.

46. ​​Items of military uniforms of military personnel are required to wear established samples, serviceable, clean and ironed. 47. Military footwear when wearing a military uniform must be of the established sample, in good condition and cleaned; boots (except for female military personnel) must be neatly laced.

48. Military personnel are prohibited from:

wearing items of military uniforms that are not allowed to wear state awards, insignia of military personnel, departmental insignia and other heraldic insignia of modified or unidentified designs;

mixing items of military uniform with other items of clothing, footwear and equipment not provided for by these Rules;

wearing contaminated or damaged military uniforms;

wearing military boots with damaged uppers, worn out soles and heels.

3. When field uniforms are worn on field jackets in camouflage colors, shoulder straps are removable from the fabric of military clothing.

4. On the shoulder straps of officers, warrant officers (midshipmen), in accordance with the military rank, metal five-pointed stars (higher officers - embroidered) of golden color are placed, on shoulder straps for field jackets - khaki, and in cases established by these Rules, when field uniform is used as everyday, - golden color. The stars are oriented with one of the rays to the upper edge of the shoulder strap. On the shoulder straps of the marshals of the Russian Federation, in addition, multi-color or khaki embroidered images of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation in the form of the main figure - a double-headed eagle are placed.

The stars on the shoulder straps of officers, warrant officers (midshipmen) are located:

for marshals of the Russian Federation - on the longitudinal center line, above the star - an image of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation without a heraldic shield;

for generals, admirals, majors, captains of the 3rd rank, junior lieutenants, senior warrant officers and senior warrant officers, warrant officers and midshipmen - on the longitudinal center line;

5. On shoulder straps (epaulettes) of foremen, sergeants and corporals (senior sailors), in accordance with the military rank, transverse (for foremen and chief ship foremen - longitudinal) stripes of golden galloon are placed; on epaulettes for field jackets - khaki, and in cases established by these Rules, when the field uniform is used as everyday wear, - golden color. The stripes are attached with the edges folded to the wrong side of the epaulette (epaulette): a longitudinal stripe - in the middle, along the entire length of the epaulette (epaulette), transverse stripes - at intervals of 2 mm from each other.

7. Patch insignia for military ranks of ship officers in the form of horizontal galloons (wide, medium and narrow) of golden color are worn on the outside of the sleeves of jackets (except for jackets of summer senior and junior officers) at a distance of 100 mm from the bottom of the sleeve to the lower galloon of the badge differences in military ranks of ship officers and are placed in the following order:

for admirals of the fleet - one wide and four medium ones above it;

for admirals - one wide and three medium ones above it;

The length of the galloons is 100 mm, the width: narrow - 6 mm, medium - 13 mm, wide - 30 mm. The distance between galloons is 5 mm.

Above the galloons, in the middle, there is a five-pointed golden embroidered star: for admirals, vice admirals and rear admirals - contour, with the image of an anchor entwined with ropes, in the center of the star; for the rest of the officers - solid.

The diameter of the stars: for senior officers - 50 mm, for senior and junior officers - 30 mm. The distance from the upper galloon to the center of the star is 30 mm.

8. Lapel pins of types, branches of the Armed Forces, special troops (services) - metal (for senior officers with military ranks of justice and medical service - embroidered lapel pins) of golden color. Military personnel (except for the Navy) for whom no lavalier badges have been installed wear the lavalier badges of the Ground Forces.

On summer field jackets, lavalier badges of types, branches of the Armed Forces, special troops (services) are metallic in a protective color, and in cases established by these Rules, when field uniforms are used as everyday clothes, they are golden in color.

Lapel signs are located:

on the shoulder straps of senior officers, as well as military personnel of the Navy with military ranks of justice and medical service;

on shoulder straps for shirts, blouses (except for senior officers and military personnel of the Navy who do not have military ranks of justice and medical service);

in the corners of the collars of woolen coats, demi-season jackets, woolen tunics, woolen jackets, jackets of summer field suits (except for senior officers and military personnel of the Navy).

Lapel signs are placed:

on removable shoulder straps - on the longitudinal center line of the shoulder strap, at a distance of 5 mm from the edge of the uniform button;

on sewn-on shoulder straps - on the longitudinal center line of the shoulder strap, at a distance of 100 mm from the lower edge of the shoulder strap to the center of the emblem;

on collars - along the bisector, at a distance of 30 mm from the corner of the collar to the center of the lavalier mark, while the vertical axis of symmetry of the lapel mark should be parallel to the departure of the collar.

9. Badges of distinction according to the affiliation of military personnel are sleeve and breastplates established in the prescribed manner.

Sleeve insignia belonging to the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff of the Armed Forces, the types and types of troops of the Armed Forces, the Railway Troops, troops that are not included in the types and types of troops of the Armed Forces, are located on the outside of the left sleeve of military clothing.

Sleeve insignia according to belonging to specific military formations are located on the outer side of the right sleeve of items of military clothing.

Servicemen of military units who do not have sleeve insignia according to belonging to specific military formations may wear insignia according to the affiliation of a higher body of military command (military formation).

On field jackets (when worn as a daily uniform), sleeve insignia are not worn.

A special military contingent as part of the Armed Forces to participate in activities to maintain or restore international peace and security wears the signs "MS" on field jackets above the flap of the left sleeve pocket and above the flap of the left breast pocket.

10. Patch insignia for training courses for cadets of military (naval) educational institutions in the form of golden squares are worn on the outside of the left sleeve of a woolen coat, woolen pea coat, woolen tunic, woolen jacket, uniform and flannel.

The number of squares must correspond to the course of study, and they are placed at an angle down at a distance of 10 mm below the sleeve insignia according to their belonging to the types and branches of the Armed Forces, the Railway Troops, troops that are not included in the types and types of troops of the Armed Forces, specific military formations.

11. Badges of distinction according to belonging to specific military formations are worn on the left side of a woolen tunic, woolen jacket, summer woolen jacket, woolen jacket 10 mm below the ribbons of state awards, insignia of the Armed Forces and other heraldic signs, and in their absence - on their place.

12. Members of the military Cossack societies during their military service in the ranks of the Armed Forces wear sleeve and breast insignia according to their belonging to a specific military formation with distinctive elements indicating their belonging to the military Cossack units.

13. The official insignia of the heads of the central bodies of military administration, commanders of formations, commanders of formations and military units are placed on the right side of the chest 10 mm higher than the badge of class qualification after badges of honorary ranks.

14. Ribbons of state awards, insignia of the Armed Forces and other heraldic signs established in accordance with the established procedure, on the slats are arranged horizontally in a row from top to bottom from the center of the chest to the edge. There should be no more than five ribbons on the slats in a row. 11. Members of military Cossack societies during their military service in the ranks of the Armed Forces are allowed to wear on their military uniforms badges of distinction according to belonging to the Cossack society and the awards established by it.

12. The sign of the number of wounds made of galloon 6 mm wide and 43 mm long, golden in color (in case of a severe wound) and dark red in color (in case of a slight wound), is located on a strip of military clothing fabric. 8. Items of military uniforms of military personnel are required to wear established samples, serviceable, clean and ironed. Pants must have longitudinal smoothed folds (on the front and back halves of the trousers). On other items of military clothing, the folds are not smoothed out.

Items of military clothing are worn buttoned up.

9. Military footwear when wearing a military uniform must be of the established sample, in good condition and cleaned.

10. 11. Officers wear:

1. It is allowed to wear the following items of the existing uniform:

summer woolen coats and demi-season protective (black) color coats with or without fur collars for full dress and casual wear;

raincoats of demi-season protective (black) color for full dress and everyday uniforms;

DOCUMENT OVERVIEW

In 2010, a new military uniform was introduced. The rules for wearing it, as well as insignia, have been established.

As before, the military uniform is divided into full dress (for formation and out of formation), everyday (for formation and out of formation) and field, and each of them - into summer and winter. It also differs by types, types of troops and rank.

The description of items of military uniform is given. So, the everyday uniform is protective, gray, blue or light blue, the front uniform is the color of aquamarine, blue or gray, the field uniform is camouflaged. In the Navy, the daily uniform is black (cream shirt), dress uniform is white or black.

The rules for placing state awards, departmental insignia and other heraldic signs on the form have been established. The issues of wearing a special ceremonial full dress military uniform of the servicemen of the guard of honor of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are regulated.

For 3 years, it is allowed to mix items of existing and new military uniforms.

I. General provisions

1. The military uniform is an integral attribute of military service, which determines the belonging of military personnel to the Armed Forces, increasing their organization and discipline in the performance of military service duties.

2. Rules for wearing military uniforms and insignia of military personnel, departmental insignia and other heraldic insignia established in the prescribed manner (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) - the established procedure for wearing military clothing, military footwear, military equipment, state awards, insignia military personnel, departmental insignia and other heraldic signs.

3. The military uniform is subdivided according to the categories of servicemen and types of uniform into full dress (for formation and out of formation), everyday (for formation and out of formation) and field, and each of these forms of clothing is seasonally divided into summer and winter.

4. Servicemen wear military uniforms of the following types:
front door - when participating in parades and at official events with the participation of troops; on holidays of the military unit*; when receiving state awards; when presenting a military unit of the Battle Banner; when launching a ship entering service, when hoisting the Naval ensign on the ship; upon appointment to the guard of honor; when serving as sentries for the protection of the Battle Banner of a military unit. It is allowed to wear full dress uniform on weekends, during off-duty hours;
field - in the conduct of hostilities; during a state of emergency, liquidation of accidents, natural hazards, catastrophes, natural and other disasters; in exercises, classes, combat duty (combat service);
everyday - in all other cases.

5. Periodically, but at least once a quarter, including when switching to summer or winter uniforms, commanders of military units conduct drill reviews. Based on the results of these reviews, measures are taken to eliminate the identified shortcomings.

During the temporary stay of military personnel in another military district (fleet, flotilla) or garrison, the uniform for the season established in this military district (fleet, flotilla), garrison should be observed.

6. Servicemen wear military uniforms according to their type, branch of service of the Armed Forces and corresponding to their military rank.

Military personnel of subdivisions (up to and including the company and equal to it) of the military branches, special troops (services) that are part of the military unit wear military uniforms, sleeve and breastplates established for this military unit, with lapel pins of the corresponding type of troops, special troops (services).

7. Officers and warrant officers (warrant officers) transferred for military service to the central bodies of military administration, to the directorates of formations, to military departments (faculties of military training) at educational institutions of higher professional education of the Ministry of Defense and central advanced training courses for officers may wear military the uniform of military personnel of that type, branch of the Armed Forces, which they wore on the day of transfer.

Servicemen transferred for military service to formations, military units and organizations of types, branches of the Armed Forces, wear military uniforms of the corresponding type, type of troops of the Armed Forces.

Servicemen transferred for military service to military command and control bodies, formations, military units and organizations of the Navy (Navy), in which the military uniform of the Navy servicemen is installed, wear the uniform of the Navy servicemen.

Military personnel of a variable composition of short-term courses (schools) and training camps wear military uniforms in which they arrived at these courses (schools), training camps.

Students (cadets) of military educational institutions of vocational education of the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter referred to as the military educational institution) in the military ranks of officers, ensigns (warrant officers) wear military uniforms of military personnel of that type, branch of the Armed Forces, which they wore on the day of enrollment in a military educational institution .

8. In parks, garages, docks, workshops, laboratories, medical institutions, warehouses, airfields, on the territory of military units, on ships, on the instructions of the commanders of military units, it is envisaged to wear special, work clothes, shoes, equipment and protective equipment.

As work clothing and footwear, military clothing and military footwear are used that have expired from the established wear dates, but are suitable for further use.

Sportswear and footwear are worn only in gyms and on sports grounds during sports activities and competitions.

A special uniform for carrying out internal, garrison and guard service is announced by the head of the garrison (senior naval commander).

The insignia of the military ranks of military personnel are worn only on the established items of military uniforms.

9. The procedure for wearing shoulder straps (epaulettes) and insignia of servicemen is defined in Appendix No. 1 to these Rules.

10. The procedure for placing state awards, departmental insignia and other heraldic signs on the military uniform of military personnel is defined in Appendix No. 2 to these Rules.

11. Options for wearing military uniforms are given in Appendix No. 3 to these Rules.

A pistol holster is worn on the waist belt on the right thigh.

A leather belt is worn on the belt of woolen trousers for female military personnel.

42. Socks are worn in the same color as military boots.

43. Capes of camouflage colors (in the Navy - black) are worn by military personnel in inclement weather over military clothing. It is allowed to wear a cape in a bag for wearing a cape on a belt over the shoulder.

44. Field bags are worn on the left thigh on a belt worn over the right shoulder over items of everyday and field uniforms.

45. Officers and midshipmen of the Navy wear daggers on the front belt on the left thigh, the handle is at the level of the hand.

46. ​​Items of military uniforms of military personnel are required to wear established samples, serviceable, clean and ironed. Pants must have longitudinal smoothed folds on the front and back halves of the trousers (except for the trousers of summer field suits). On other items of military clothing, the folds are not smoothed out.

Items of military clothing are worn fastened with all buttons (except as provided for by these Rules) or buttons, and a demi-season raincoat, in addition, with a belt fastened with a buckle.

47. Military footwear when wearing a military uniform must be of the established sample, in good condition and cleaned; boots (except for female military personnel) must be neatly laced.

48. Military personnel are prohibited from:
wearing items of military uniforms that are not allowed to wear state awards, insignia of military personnel, departmental insignia and other heraldic insignia of modified or unidentified designs;
mixing items of military uniform with other items of clothing, footwear and equipment not provided for by these Rules;
wearing contaminated or damaged military uniforms;
wearing military boots with damaged uppers, worn out soles and heels.
