Craft product Modeling design Papier-mache Sewing Emelya on the oven Paper Gouache Cardboard Glue Threads Fabric. How to make a solar oven out of a cardboard box

Hi all! Not so long ago in my hometown Energodar passed, in which our family took part. After we decided on the theme of our composition (Ukrainian stove) and applied for participation, the question arose of how to build this miracle. Knowing that such competitions in Lately take place in many cities not only in Ukraine, but also in Russia, it was decided to google in search of any examples. Climbing through the expanses of the Internet, we found pictures from other stroller parades, however, we did not see examples of creation anywhere. Therefore, I decided to fill this gap and write my own story about the construction of a Ukrainian stove, so to speak, based on a baby carriage. Maybe someone will find it useful.

So, imagining the shape and size of the furnace, we are looking for suitable materials. They didn’t find suitable ones, so I had to pay for what it was: a piece of a large torn box from under the TV and a couple of small boxes found at my parents’ house.

We take out an old stroller from the balcony (of course, you can also use a new one, but since it was old, we decided to use it). We are estimating how we will pave the box on it, so that there is access to the handles and in general all this miracle somehow rides. The length and width should be slightly greater than the length and width of the stroller itself, because. we will put the oven on top. Height to taste. I chose to be a little higher than the handles, plus there will also be a chimney.

Of the tools we need: adhesive tape, clerical knife, PVA glue, drawing paper, watercolor paints, large stapler, level (as a ruler), scissors, pencil, tape measure, etc.

We measure all the necessary dimensions and get to work.

Since he sculpted the walls of the furnace from different pieces, he had to work a lot with a stapler.

The assistant came. Work has stopped.

It took about half a day for this. We glue all parts with adhesive tape, in some places we twist with wire so that this creation does not fall apart during the competition. The only thing missing is a roof and a chimney.

We add what is missing. We sculpt the chimney on double-sided tape to the roof. The roof with a chimney is removable, because. we will put the design on top of the stroller.

Paste with Whatman paper. We admire.

We figure out how we will cling accessories. Already better, but not enough drawings.

We are looking for inspiration in Ukrainian ornaments and photographs of real stoves.

We pick up a pencil and watercolor, the smell of which immediately reminded school lessons drawing .

A couple more hours and the drawings are ready.

The ornaments on the chimney and on the sides were printed on a printer and glued on with glue, because. there was no desire to draw them by hand already at midnight before the parade of carriages.

At the back you can see the holes for the pens cut out with a clerical knife.

And here we are.

At the end of the parade of carriages, the stove went to kindergarten as a decoration for a corner of Ukrainian folk art.

Probably many are very skeptical about the possibility of cooking in a solar oven. For most people, the very possibility of cooking using solar energy does not fit into their heads. The easiest way to verify the reality of this idea is to make a solar oven yourself. This is exactly what the author decided to do.

The materials and tools that the author needed to assemble a simplified model of a solar oven:

1) glass
2) carton box
3) foil
4) adhesive tape
5) scissors
6) sheets corrugated cardboard
7) black heat resistant paint
8) saucepan

Let us consider in more detail the design of this model of a solar furnace and the stages of its assembly.

After reviewing a large number of sites about using solar energy, he read some interesting articles about building solar ovens from improvised materials. For the first experiment, the author decided to make the stove as light as possible, the assembly of which takes only a few free hours.

Below you can see a diagram of how a solar oven works based on cardboard box:

Having found a suitable model of a solar oven, the author proceeded to assemble it. To begin with, a small cardboard box was selected that can fit a saucepan. Moreover, it is advisable to take a black pan, since black absorbs solar energy best of all. Or you can paint the pan yourself using heat-resistant black paint.

The scheme of the solar furnace, which the author decided to assemble using improvised materials:

Once a suitable small box has been found, another box must be found and taken. bigger size. You need to choose based on the fact that there is a gap of 30-50 mm between the walls of the boxes. In principle, you can even take two identical boxes and “enlarge” one first by cutting it with scissors and then fastening it with ordinary tape.

Then one side of the box must be cut at a slight angle of 25-30 degrees. This will allow direct sunlight to enter the box even when the sun is low above the horizon, and therefore increase the possible use of the solar oven per day.

After that, the author pasted over the inner surface of a small box with reflective foil. Thus, the rays falling into it will be reflected from the walls of the box and fall onto the pan, thereby heating it. Also, in order to preserve heat inside the small box where the pan is located, the author decided to cover it with glass. Then, in order to further insulate the inner chamber of the solar oven, the author decided to fill the gap between the small and large boxes with corrugated cardboard sheets and mineral wool.

The next step, the author decided to further increase the efficiency of the solar furnace. To do this, a reflective foil coating was also applied to the lids of the box. In the future, you can further refine the design by placing mirrored reflectors on the sides of the box to focus even more sunlight onto the central box, which serves as a cooking chamber.
The larger the area of the reflectors, the more sunlight heats up the pan with food, therefore, the faster it cooks. If you decide to make additional reflectors, then also take care of the necessary fastenings for them and the possibility of adjustments regarding the position of the sun. It is best to place reflectors at an angle so that most of the sun's rays are directed directly at the pan.

Since this was a trial version of a solar furnace, the author did not particularly pursue improvement, and therefore complicating the design. However, even such an oven, with a weak reflectivity, since ordinary foil was used, and a corrugated cardboard insulation with a high heat transfer coefficient, can give out a temperature of about 130 degrees, which is quite enough for cooking.

Master class with step by step photo based on the fairy tale "At the command of the pike" for children from 6 years old.

The master class is intended for preschool educators, parents, preschool children.
Authors: Alikov Danil, 6 years old. Pupil of MBDOU "Berezka" in Surovikino, Volgograd region and Takhtarova Nailya Ravfatovna, educator of MBDOU "Berezka" in Surovikino, Volgograd region.
Purpose: for the competition, useful for use in speech development classes, for the theater.
Target: Making crafts for the competition.
Tasks: Learn to create a composition from waste material. Develop a sense of composition, color, shape, Creative skills, aesthetic taste. To cultivate interest in reflecting impressions from read fairy tales, watching films and cartoons in visual activity.
We will need:
- parolon;
- capron;
- threads;
- needle;
- eyes
- Styrofoam;
- colored self-adhesive paper;
- saw cut from a tree;
- colored paper;
- salty dough;
- ice cream sticks;
- glue "Titan";
- gouache paints;
- glass - non-spill;
- brush for drawing;
- cardboard,
- wire.

We begin to sew Emelya (an adult should sew a doll, because for a child of 6 years old it is difficult).
Take a piece of foam, form a ball out of it. This is the head.

Carefully stick it into the capron.

From a small piece of foam we form a ball - a nose.

Let's put him in a capron.

Sew the nostrils with a needle and thread.

We form cheeks from pieces of foam.

Then we form the lips.

We sew everything.
Now we make eyebrows.

We proceed to the manufacture of hands - palms and legs - feet.

It is necessary to make a body frame from wire.

Wrap it with foam and sheathe it with nylon. Attach the head and palms with feet.

Now we need to sheathe Emelya. We sew a shirt.

I took my hair from old doll. I glue Emelya's eyes, tint her cheeks and lips with lipstick.

We sew a caftan and a hat.

We sew bast shoes.

.
child from salt dough sculpts a pike.

Sculpts an ax

and firewood.

After drying, paint with gouache paints.

A cylinder for making a bucket is glued from cardboard. These cardboard cylinders are pasted over with wooden ice cream sticks. He makes a bucket handle out of wire.

He puts blue paper inside the bucket and pours "Titanium" glue. It turns out the effect of water.

In a saw cut from a tree, an adult needs to make a hole. This is a hole.

The child paints the hole inside with blue gouache and fills it with blue paper. Then he pours "Titan" glue into it.
The surface of the saw cut is covered with glue and sprinkled with a foam plastic cover. This is snow.

He puts buckets on the saw cut near the hole and puts an ax.

He makes a stove out of foam.
From colored self-adhesive sticks bricks, furnace, fire.

He makes a sled out of cardboard and wooden ice cream sticks.

Now we will make a character who rode a stove. Emelya origami is done like this:
cook from yellow paper, painted on one side, 2 squares measuring 10 x 10 cm (head, legs), from paper of any color 1 rectangle measuring 5.5 x 3.5 cm (hat), 1 square measuring 9 x 9 cm (sheepskin coat), 2 6 x 6 cm square (arms), 1 dark-colored square 13 x 13 cm (pants). Fold the head, hat, sheepskin coat and hands using the origami Ivan Tsarevich figurine folding patterns.
Legs Square with a side of 10 cm bend diagonally. Place the triangle right angle up.

1. Lower right angle (one layer of paper).

2. Lift the two bottom corners from the middle of the bottom side.

3. Bend the resulting triangles.

4. Turn the part over to the other side.

5. Open the "pockets".

6. Bend the corners, and then fold the part in half.

7. Bend the corner into the part.

8. Check the result.
Pants From a square of dark color, fold a triangle, then fold it in half.

Russian oven is essential attribute many famous fairy tales. You can list all the works for a long time, for example, this legend about Emelya “By the Pike”, the story of Clever and Sloth, and Baba Yaga could not do without a stove. A do-it-yourself oven will be an excellent decoration for a home performance. It is easy to make with children, using for work waste material, which is at hand in every home.

1. Take a long toothpaste box, a sheet of white office paper, glue in a pencil and scissors for work. Small scraps of brown and black paper, a black gel pen will also come in handy.

2. Cut the box roughly in half with scissors.

3. Connect the two received parts, placing them at right angles to each other. Wait for the glue to dry.

4. Completely cover the resulting blank from the box with white paper. You can first draw a template with a pen, then cut along the lines.

5. Place the chimney on the higher part. For its manufacture, either a small box in the shape of a parallelepiped is suitable, or pieces of cardboard that can be easily glued together.

6. To create a firebox, cut out a small rectangle from white paper, which can later be used as a template. Also cut out a black semicircle and a brown stripe.

7. Alternately gluing all the details, create an image of a firebox with a brick border.

8. Attach the paper imitation to the craft.

9. Cover the chimney with brown paper.

10. Draw brickwork on the chimney with a gel pen, and insert a piece of cotton wool into the pipe itself and fluff it to create the illusion of smoke.

11. If you wish, add a red flame to the black background of the firebox for a more realistic picture. Place Lenivitsa or another fairy-tale character on the stove.

The final look of the craft.
