Description: This master class designed for children from 7 years old, teachers additional education, parents and creative people who love to create beautiful and unique things with their own hands.
Purpose: Interior decoration, souvenir, gift, voluminous souvenir, use in the classroom as a didactic material.
This symbol has long had an important ideological and religious significance. Rays emanating from one point form an angle equal to 36 degrees. The five-pointed star has always been something of an ideal for everything in the world. The first images of her were found in Uruk, an ancient city that previously belonged to the Sumerian civilization. This means that their age is at least 55 centuries. This sign was also popular in ancient Babylon: it was used for seals that were hung on the doors of important warehouses. It was believed that the star would protect the contents from theft and damage. Images of pentagrams are also found on Egyptian statues. According to Arthur Waite in his New Encyclopedia of Freemasonry, the Egyptians called the pentagram "the star of the dog-headed Anubis."
The star is a symbol of the five human feelings, symbolized by five rays of different colors.
In your pupils I saw a reflection
The stars that shone this night for us.
How anxiously I followed the movement
A distant point in the light of close eyes.

I did not guess, the star did not wait for us.
In the meadows, where the grass seems to be waiting for the scythe,
From the cloak of the Creator to the summer meadow fell
And turned into a drop of dew ...

2. Scissors must have blunt, rounded ends
3. Put the scissors with the rings towards you
4. Follow the movement of the blades while cutting
5. Don't leave scissors open
6. Pass the scissors rings forward
7. Do not play with scissors, do not bring it to your face
8. Use scissors for their intended purpose

Progress:

Lay sheets of paper horizontally. We take a ruler and on each color we make markings for strips 11 mm wide and 29 cm long

We cut out our stripes, their number depends on how many stars we want to make.

Take a strip of paper and make a loop

We wrap a short tail, making a knot.

The knot is very carefully tightened and pressed. You should get an equilateral pentagon.

We wrap the tail on the back side. I deliberately made the ponytail a little longer so that the photo would show where we wrapped it. But it is better to try to make it shorter so that it does not look beyond the pentagon. The dot specifically marked the end of the tail.

Next, we turn the product over.
If the tip is longer than the resulting pentagon and looks beyond its limits, we twist the tail a little.
Hide the tail inside the pentagon. And now we begin to wrap the pentagon with a long strip on all sides, trying not to press it down hard. In total, at least 10 wraps should be obtained, i.e. each edge must be wrapped twice. This should be taken into account if you change the thickness and length of the strip. With a width of 1.1 cm and a length of 29 cm, the star is 1.5 cm.

We hide the tip under the strip. If it peeks out, turn it up a little, and then hide it. And now our pentagon is ready, from which we will make an asterisk.

Now the most crucial moment! It is at this stage that marriage can take place. We hold the pentagon with two fingers of one hand, and with the nail of the other hand we press on one face of the pentagon, trying to get into the middle of the face. We do the same with the rest of the edges.

This is how the stars look on the background of 50 kopecks :)

These exercises are good for developing fine motor skills of the hands. And it's just very interesting to play with them, fingering them. You can come up with a lot of games with the participation of such stars. For example, learn colors by putting each color in different jars. Or offer a series of stars of the same color, and one star - another. And offer to find "extra". Or make a rainbow out of them ... There can be a lot of ideas.
It is with such stars that you can fill any vessel to decorate the interior;)

Volumetric stars assembled from origami modules will decorate New Year's celebration. You can make them with children from 6 years old. The modules are very simple, and the assembly of the finished model will not cause great difficulties. But volumetric New Year's stars look very impressive! How to make a five pointed origami star.
Let's make an origami module for a five-pointed star.
1. Fold the square in half lengthwise and open the workpiece. Fold in half again across. Again, we open the workpiece.
2. We bend two opposite corners of the square to the center.
3. We bend another corner of the square to the center and open it.
4. Bend the workpiece in half diagonally - you should get a rectangle.
5. Bend the bottom corner to the center line, as shown.
The module for the five-pointed origami star is ready. Make 4 more of these modules.
We connect the modules for origami five-pointed star.
Insert the corner of the first module into the pocket of the second module. At the same time, put the corner of the second module into the pocket of the first.
So connect all five modules.
The five-pointed origami star is ready.

How to make a beautiful pentagonal paper star? Easily! With the help of ancient Japanese art - origami. Below - detailed instructions, and as a small preface, ideas about where it can be used. Fairy lights? - Yes! And also on the Christmas tree, on postcards, single pendants to decorate the room.

If suddenly it is not clear from the photographs, then video clips on the folding of this star have been added below. You can look at them - and then questions should not remain.

What will be needed for manufacturing? Square sheet of paper. Yes, if you want to make your life easier, you can simply download a ready-made pentagon template and print it out. For example . But if there is no printer at home, it will act as follows:

1. Fold a sheet of paper in half.

2. Fold the lower left corner to the center of the upper edge.

3. We bend the upper left corner to the center of the lower edge.

4. We bend the lower right corner to the resulting point (the intersection of two folds).

5. We combine the corner with the right edge of the figure.

6. We combine the bottom side with the fold line.

7. Turn the figure over and bend "in half"

8. Cut along the line.

We get a pentagon

We make folds according to the line in the figure

Matching the dots

Repeat these steps for each face of the pentagon

And then the magic begins 🙂 We add along the lines - and we get the first approximation to the star!

It remains to “finish” it a little by making 5 more folds (one for each face)

Recently, the origami technique has gained a huge number of fans.

Meanwhile, origami- This is the ancient art of folding various paper figures without the help of glue and scissors, which has its roots in ancient China.

Today we will try this technique from an easy master class, folding a charming star from strips of paper, it is also called an asterisk of happiness. Probably because these stars are very cute, when you look at a whole scattering of these pot-bellied babies, only positive emotions arise. They can decorate the interior, decorate a gift, even make curtains from stars.

To make such beauty is not at all difficult. Be sure to involve the kids in this fun activity. They will like it very much, and besides, it will develop fine motor skills hands

So, first you need to prepare paper, scissors (paper cutter), a ruler, a couple of minutes of free time and a good mood).

The paper used is different: ordinary color, office, silk, scrapbooking paper, wrapping paper, you can even cut the color pages of an old magazine, they will also make original stars. There are also special sets on sale with ready-made cut beautiful stripes for stars.

We cut the paper into strips 29 cm long and 1.1 cm wide. Although other sizes can be used. The width of the strip determines
the size of our asterisk, and the length should be sufficient to wrap each face at least 2 times.

Let's start the process:

We make a loop;
- holding the short end, very carefully make a knot;
- tie a knot so that the result is an equilateral pentagon;
- wrap the short tail on the reverse side and turn the workpiece over;
- if the tip is too long and looks beyond the asterisk, then bend it or cut it;
- now with the long end we begin to wrap the pentagon until the paper runs out;
- we hide the remaining tail in a pocket from a strip;

Our blank is ready, it remains only to make it voluminous. To do this, we take the pentagon with our left hand, and with two fingers of the right we grab each corner of the asterisk and press the edge, thereby pushing the side of the pentagon in the middle.

That's all, the star of happiness is ready! Good mood to all!

You can see the process of folding an asterisk of happiness more clearly in the video.

In order to make an asterisk, we need only one strip of paper, 1.1x29 centimeters in size. It is better to take colored paper, or cut it out from some fashion magazine, so the star will turn out to be more attractive and beautiful.

Let's get started!

1. We take the prepared strip and make a small loop on one of the edges.

3. Press the knot with your finger so that it is flat. Now let's see if we got an even pentagon, if not, then we redo it.

4. We wrap the remaining tail to the bottom and wrap it around the resulting pentagon.

5. We turn over our craft.

6 . Hide the tail inside the pentagon.

7. Now, with the remaining strip, we begin to wrap our figure. We wrap it from all sides, and try not to press down the paper too much.

8. We hide the remaining tip of the strip under one of the layers.

9. Now the most important point, the asterisk needs to be made voluminous. To do this, gently press with your fingers on each face of the pentagon in turn until you get what we want.

That's all, our voluminous asterisk is ready!
