You can measure a piece of lace over the shoe, cover it thickly with sequins, glue the lace to the shoe, stitch it with thread again for additional fixation, then fill in the gaps by gluing large rhinestones. The final touch is to trim off any excess lace if there is any.

Cut out a corolla from colored leather and treat the edges of the petals with a candle flame so that they curl slightly onto the reverse side. Make a cross-shaped cut in the center of the rim. Cut a strip of black leather measuring 1X3 cm. Cut one long side into fringe. Roll the strip into a tube and hold it over a candle flame until the fringe curls slightly. Glue the tassel into the cross-shaped cut on the corolla of the flower, press the base with your fingers and hold for a while until the glue sets.

In order to determine the desired size of the flower, first make a pattern from cardboard and attach it to the decoration item, and then adjust the size by increasing or decreasing the pattern.
