For this, of course, you need to have white skin(Where have we seen tanned Snow Queens?). Hair can be dyed with temporary dye (for example, from Kriolan "colored hairspray covering"), so the color of the hair is not limited.

The first step was to whiten my face and neck with white and Holika Holika Pore Magic Cover Mousse Starter. I applied the lightest BB cream I know, my favorite, skin79 super+ Beblesh balm Triple functions (Green). For owners of white, but not so white skin, I can suggest mixing a loose white matte (or with a slight shimmer) pigment into the foundation / bb cream.


Now let's move on to the main makeup...

1. We apply the base for the eyes on both eyelids, not forgetting the corners and bringing to the eyebrow. (nyx hd eyeshadow base)
2. We apply on the middle of the moving eyelid and going to the motionless friable white pigment with sparkles. I advise you to apply with driving movements, because usually such pigments are very loose and do not hold well. (I have essence pigments #10)
3. We duplicate the same on the lower eyelid, applying pigment only to the middle part.


4. We apply on the outer half of the upper eyelid (where the bone is) brown, closer in shade to neutral, shadows. Warm brown will not work at all (for me)
5. We take dark blue shadows and shade them on the outer corner of the eye on white pigment and brown shadows, slightly going beyond their borders outwards. In the place where the blues are superimposed on the browns, we get an almost gray color. (L "oreal colorappeal Trio Pro # 318 From the palette itself 1 color)


6. We apply silver shadows to the second half of the lower eyelid and combine them with dark blue. (essence eyeshadow #02 sweetheart)


7. We apply light mother-of-pearl shadows to the second half of the lower eyelid (to the inner corner of the eye). (Pupa Luminys baked eyeshadow #03)
8. We draw a thin arrow along the entire length of the upper eyelid. We make a small thin tail (a mental continuation of the line of the lower eyelid). The task of this arrow is to highlight the ciliary contour, draw the inner corner of the eye and complement the outer eyelashes.
I recommend taking not a liquid eyeliner and not a gel one, but a marker. The marker will mix with the shimmer and will "draw" a sparkling line (I used Lioele penbrush liner)
9. We draw eyebrows. I don't naturally have a clear curve at the top of my brows, so I draw a clear "kink" that will be the projection of the outer corner of the eye. I draw the tail of the eyebrow a little further, sharpening it. Eyebrow color should be as neutral as possible and dark enough. From the inside of the eyebrow, staining should be less. I used Maybelline color tattoo 24hr #40 cream eye shadow.


10. After staining, you need to comb the hairs up a little and fix them with a gel. While the gel is still wet, apply dark blue eye shadow gently touching the eyebrows. So the eyebrows will “get colder” a little and will shine in a certain light.
11. Apply a highlighter under the eyebrow. To do this, I used white holographic shadows that turn into cold blue. They also appear only when exposed to direct light. (L "oreal holographic #296)

12. We glue 3 bunches of eyelashes. One of them should be on the tail of the arrow to "lengthen" the lash line.


13. We paint the eyelashes, carefully painting over the outer area. On the inside of the eyelashes, paint over the brush without beveling to the outer corner. (Yves Saint Laurent Volumizing Mascara Noir Radical №01)


14. We apply all the same holographic shadows as a highlighter with a continuous line from the area under the eyebrow to the cheekbone.


15. We paint lips in a nude color (1 option). Before applying lipstick, apply a highlighter to the “tick” above the lip. My usual nude lipstick turned out to be too dark and warm, so I diluted it with lipstick, the color of my skin. (Maybelline colorsensational #715 and #710)

Everything looks so much better in real life. Under the light in motion, all the sparkles and overflows play. It's hard to show this in a photo. The highlighter looks especially advantageous, since only in direct light does it give this cold color.
