This recipe for a cosmetic spray can easily replace expensive cosmetic sprays for irrigating the skin of the face: Water with a few drops of hydrogen peroxide (its dosage is 2 - 3 drops per 100 ml of water) to irrigate the skin of the face during the day from the spray. Naturally, they say, with colds, the simultaneous intake of hydrogen peroxide inside is also effective. Additional saturation of the body with oxygen affects the increase in its defenses. In addition, peroxide is necessary for the synthesis of prostaglandins - hormone-like substances that regulate energy metabolism in organism. They take part in the fight against inflammation and colds. How to take it inside, and doses, I don’t know anything, I haven’t tried it!

Antiseptic from the group of antioxidants. Upon contact of hydrogen peroxide with damaged skin or mucous membranes, active oxygen is released, while mechanical purification and inactivation of organic substances (proteins, blood, pus) occur.
