To create an unusual night monster you will need:

• two disposable paper plates;
• stapler or tool for clamping decorative carnations;
• scissors;
• glue;
• black bright paint, ink or spray can for painting metal or wood;
• marker;
• a piece of red velvet cardboard or velvet self-adhesive paper.

Let's get to work.

Turn the plate upside down. We draw an imaginary center line and on both sides of it we draw waves resembling the wings of a seagull - from the center of the plate in an arc to its edge and the same on the other side. It will turn out one line-arc to the right and left of the center line.

Cut the plate along these lines. You get two bat wings.

Create a little body: on one edge of the plate, draw the contours of the mouse ears along the edge, cut off the excess part.

Color the body and wings black. It's very easy to do this using spray paint; you need to work with it carefully, in a well-ventilated room, and preferably on a balcony or street.

From the extra pieces of the plate we cut out eyebrows (sticks), eyes (ovals) and two triangular teeth. Draw the pupils inside the eyes with a black marker.

From red cardboard we cut out a thin mouth (in the form of an arc) and a drop of blood - a small terrifying stroke.

We lay out the details of the face on the convex part of the plate, which we made the body of the bat. Under one of the fangs we fix a drop of blood. Glue them well with glue.

We attach the wings with carnations, paper clips or a stapler.

One of the main characters of All Saints' Day is a bat. There are many ways to create it, but let's focus on the simplest, like all the crafts on my site.

How to make a paper bat

Draw and cut out two circles. Keep in mind that the torso is one half of a circle, so a too small circle will make a very small bat. I have a circle diameter equal to a small saucer. Actually, I used it instead of a compass.

Cut these two circles in half to make 4 half circles. Remove one right away, we won't need it.

Take a semicircle and fold it into a kind of bag, but not at all tightly.

Turn the front part towards you and adjust so that the protruding ears are symmetrical.

Draw on the second semicircle the outlines of the wing of a bat, as in the figure. This is not difficult at all: a long arc on the straight side, two short ones on the sides and two semicircles diverging from the rounded side.

Fold the two semicircles together and cut out both wings at once along the drawn outline.

Glue the eyes onto the bat's head. They are cut out of white and black paper, where black is the pupil. Pupils can be placed in a fun way, such as squinting inwards. It's great if you have ready-made moving eyes, they look funny, they always give even the most mediocre crafts a special, interesting look. Also cut and glue a semicircular red stripe for the mouth and two sharp white triangles for the teeth.

The bat is called the "flying vampire" because they fly at night, prefer to sleep in dark caves and love to feast on small animals.
