Graduation card with your own hands. Postcards - invitations to the last call with your own hands

Sometimes, in a handicraft impulse, you want to do something beautiful with your own hands, but as luck would have it, nothing comes to mind, and so as not to suffer once again, I decided to collect a selection of examples of how to make a postcard with your own hands. Here are different examples of postcards and small descriptions of how to make this or that postcard.

Tried to pick the best different images both in style and subject matter to choose from. Of course, each postcard is just an example of how you can make postcards with your own hands.

Mom

How to make a postcard for mom? It is clear that it should be the most beautiful and touching, but I want some specifics, right? First of all, you need to focus on the reason, it can be:
  • unplanned card for no reason;
  • mother's day or March 8;
  • New Year and christmas;
  • birthday or name day;
  • professional holidays.

Of course, no one can stop you from making and giving your mother a postcard dedicated to the first snow or even to the release of your favorite series with her, but in general, the main reasons are indicated quite clearly.

A postcard to mom for the new year can be ordinary (from the point of view of New Year's greetings, of course), it is not necessary to somehow emphasize special relationships. But birthday or mother's day are special holidays on which it is worth presenting a personal postcard with the signature "Beloved mother".

How to make a birthday card for mom? Draw a sketch with a simple pencil, add a little color to orient with colors and understand what shades you need in the process. So, you need to buy or find in the bins:

  • a blank for your needlework (thick and thin cardboard is suitable);
  • background image - it can be scrap paper, colored paper, any sheet that you like with an ornament, or you can simply artistically splatter paint on a sheet of white thick paper or even use the monotype and marbling technique;
  • chipboard for the inscription - it is better to purchase ready-made or use a special stapler to decorate the edge;
  • a pair of decorative elements - flowers, butterflies, beads and leaves;
  • one or two large decorative elements - flowers or bows;
  • decorative tape;
  • good glue;
  • scalloped ribbon or lace.

First you need to glue the background image to the blank, then place large flowers, and only then add the resulting composition with small decor and lace. Dry the finished work well, decorate with small decorations and sparkles, and then sign it - mom will be happy with such a sign of attention.

Now you know how to make a card for mother's day, and you can easily figure out what a card should be for an anniversary or angel's day.

Another original version: the bottom line is that you need to cut out circles from colored paper, and then cut each circle in a spiral and twist it into a bud, you get cute flowers that you can decorate a postcard with.

dad

Do-it-yourself birthday card for dad is always very touching and cute. It's not easy to choose a particular "papal" theme, but there is a wonderful straw here to grab onto - style. If you make a stylish postcard, then the father will undoubtedly be happy to receive it, even if it does not have the usual symbols of “masculinity”, which we often include cars, weapons and fishing.

Naturally, if the father is celebrating the anniversary of his driving experience, then the little car on the postcard is quite appropriate, but it’s better to present a neutral and beautiful greeting card to dad on his birthday.

What kind of cards do men like:
  • not too colorful;
  • in a calm, slightly muffled range;
  • with clean lines;
  • in which a lot of visual effort has been invested.
I would like to say a special word about the last point. If your mom liked the postcard, assembled from a patch of lace, a bow and a beautiful chipboard, then dad will appreciate a poster made from paper with an elegant, openwork cut - painstaking and elegant.

Men are delighted with the process, so before making a glorious scrapbooking card, think about how you can put your work into the card? It can be work with threads or embroidery, spirography and paper cutting, pyrography and much more.

Incorporate a few hard and loving elements into your work and your dad's birthday card will be great.

So, we make do-it-yourself paper postcards for your beloved dad. Start by choosing a subject - it can be some element of a male portrait - a stylish beard and glasses in the spirit of hipsters, or the silhouette of dad's favorite pipe, you can also make some kind of heraldic flag or symbol.

Choose colors - they should be calm and beautiful, and also look good in harmony with each other.

Make a pattern for a future postcard and get to work - if this is a regular application, then cut out all the elements and carefully lay out the future composition. And in the case of artistic cutting, it is better to devote time to pattern and drawing. By the way, for such work you will need a good breadboard knife.

After all the main elements are cut out, assemble the card - if you planned it using the scrapbooking technique, then you can simply glue the composition, and if you are trying to create a thin openwork product from cardboard and paper, then select shading colors for each layer - so that work looked really openwork, you will need to choose shades that emphasize all the cuts.

Make a centerpiece on your postcard, and then put it under a press - this will help to avoid warping the paper from the moisture contained in the glue.

In honor of the wedding

Making beautiful do-it-yourself wedding cards is not an easy task, and here it is better to watch master classes.

A wedding is one of the most important events in the life of a young family, and therefore it is not enough just to draw a postcard, you need to carefully arrange and pack it, and it is also possible to add some other elements.

How to do beautiful postcard for congratulations on your wedding day:
  • come up with an idea;
  • find out from the bride and groom the main color of the wedding, or the main theme of the celebration;
  • look various options postcards - using the scrapbooking technique, with embroidery, ribbons, and so on;
  • choose some interesting lessons;
  • make a rough postcard from paper and cardboard (and if you are not sure of your result, then it is better to do this step several times);
  • make original postcards with your own hands;
  • pick up the packaging and make it a little more unique;
  • write an envelope and a postcard.

Other occasions and recipients

Be sure that handmade birthday cards will delight the recipients - after all, this is not just a do-it-yourself postcard according to the master class, this is a real man-made miracle that keeps a piece of the soul.

You can make postcards for mom and dad with your own hands, or you can make your friends happy before each holiday with an author's congratulation - this will only take your free time, good tutorials and a little patience.

3D postcards look especially impressive. How to make a voluminous postcard? Come up with (or peep from experienced authors) an idea how you can shape it so that you get voluminous postcards. Perhaps you want to use more decorative elements, or you decide to make a simple handmade birthday card with 3D elements.

By the way, if you are thinking about how to make a postcard for your mother or girlfriend with voluminous paper elements, take a closer look at children's books. Surely you have preserved several copies, upon opening of which carriages and castles, trees and horses appeared between the pages.

Take a close look at how these elements are made and glued - you may be able to reproduce this on your sketch.

Or try to do something in the style of shabby chic and scrapbooking with your own hands - it's not as difficult as it seems, all the main volume effect is created by layering elements. By the way, flat postcards are also good. :)

I think now you have enough ideas for creating greeting cards, postcards and tags - needlework for your pleasure and delight your loved ones!

A few more ideas for inspiration:

On last call It is customary for graduates of grades 11 and 9 to give gifts from first graders. This time I propose to mark the end school year sweet gift. Such an original individual packaging of sweets in a jar is within the power of any first-grader. You can make them with your own hands right at school at a labor lesson. And so, in this master class, you will see how quickly and beautifully you can arrange a small amount of any sweets and how interesting it is to give gifts to school graduates.

Take these materials and tools:

  • candies;
  • small glass or plastic jars with lids;
  • thick felt of various colors;
  • white or gold thread;
  • a sheet of cardboard;
  • simple pencil;
  • ruler;
  • awl;
  • transparent universal glue "Dragon".

How to make packaging for candies from a jar as gifts for graduates

Place a glass jar on a sheet of cardboard with a lid down. Draw a square whose side is 1.5-2 centimeters larger than the diameter of the lid.

Use a cardboard square as a template and cut squares out of thick felt different colors. For each colored square, cut strips from the corresponding felt 1.5 centimeters wide and a length equal to the perimeter of the jar lid.

Apply glue to the strips and sides of the lids. Glue the strips, and fix their ends with clothespins.

While the glue dries, fill the jars with candy.

From a thick thread, make tassels for hats of graduates.

With an awl, pull the thread through the center of the top of the hat.

Apply glue liberally to the surface of the lid and glue the colored felt squares with tassels.

After the glue has completely dried, twist the candy jars. Additionally, you can write an individual congratulation on the glass or just the name of the graduate in the genitive case.

All! You can give sweets in a themed jar!

I note that such original packaging candy is suitable not only for a gift to school graduates of the 11th or 9th grade from first graders. So you can arrange gifts for kindergarten graduates.

Again the guys of all Russia

Leaving Kindergarten!

You are elegant and beautiful

And everyone has a cheerful look!

So in our group, the time has come when everyone started talking about graduation about preparing for it. And, of course, we started this preparation with making invitation cards. The holiday was coming to us solemn, warm, sincere. Wanted and invitation cards make to match the holiday - tender, touching.

Prepared many options for children. I wanted the children to choose what they liked the most. Many thanks to Larisa Savchuk for the wallpaper idea. We really liked this idea. And we started to get creative. It was amazing how seriously and warmly the children reacted to this work. Here are some We got invitations:

For this we needed:

Colored paper for creativity (we took paper of gentle calm tones)- we needed it for the base invitations, for roses, leaves;

Wallpaper with embossed texture (white and beige);

Figuratively carved butterflies (them I prepared in advance) ;

Curly scissors with blades "wave" And "zigzag";

printed text invitations and lettering« Invitation» ;

Hole puncher;

Colored ribbons for creativity.

Of course, all the preparations were made first. And this is the most difficult and time-consuming in this work. We divided a sheet of colored paper in half, made "little book":

Prepared texts with invitations and inscriptions« Invitation» .

Using curly scissors, prepared parts from wallpaper:

Moreover, it should be borne in mind that blanks from white wallpaper will be slightly smaller than the base itself, and from beige - fewer blanks from white wallpaper.

Using the technique of vytynanok, multi-colored butterflies:

Curly circles were prepared for roses, we decided to make roses from spirals (we marked the cutting line with a simple pencil, cut out and folded green leaflets:

The hardest part is over, and we have begun to form our invitations.

The guys tried very hard. Each postcard was made with love and tenderness. Our invitation cards everyone liked it very much.

Berdnik Galina Stanislavovna, teacher primary school KEI KHMAO-Yugra "Lariak boarding school for students with disabilities".
Description: this master class intended for children of average school age, teachers additional education, educators and creative people who love to create beautiful gifts with your own hands.
Purpose: the work can be used as an interior decoration, a gift for a holiday or an invitation card for any school gala event.
Designed for children from 10 years of age.
Target: Production of an invitation card from paper and textile material.
Tasks:
1. To consolidate the skills and abilities of working with paper and cardboard.
2. Cultivate the desire to make the product with your own hands.
3. Cultivate the habit of working independently, carefully, bringing the work begun to its logical conclusion.
4. Develop Creative skills, imagination, fantasy.
5. Develop compositional skills and aesthetic sense.
Materials and tools needed for work:
1. Color double-sided cardboard (black, brown, blue, purple).
2. A simple pencil, ruler, scissors, glue.
3. For decor, you may need ribbons, beads, rhinestones, threads, openwork ribbons, sequins.
4. Sewing machine, white threads.

Chorus of work.
1. Brown double-sided cardboard is ideal for a postcard. In my case, I found blue, purple and black. In addition, the cardboard is also glossy.
The size of the base is a rectangle 10 cm by 6.5 cm.

2. To make an apron, I suggest using the following template.

The width of the "hem" of the apron corresponds to the width of the base of the postcard, that is, 6.5 cm. The height of the apron also corresponds to the height of the base of the postcard. The width of the straps is 6 mm.
3. Cut out an apron from drawing paper or a thick landscape sheet.

Design the "bib" of the apron. This is a figure in the form of a trapezoid made of the same material as the apron itself. Position the shape and carefully glue.

4. Next is necessary sewing machine. We sew the hem of the apron on a typewriter, using white threads, at a distance of 3-4 mm from the edge. We hide the ends of the threads on the wrong side of the apron.

5. For an apron, pick up a delicate openwork ribbon. Glue on the wrong side of the apron on the straps and at the bottom of the hem.

6. We place our "stitched" blank and glue it on a black (brown, blue, purple) base.

Please note that the adhesive is applied only on the paper sheet of the apron. Openwork tape "dirty" is not necessary.
7. Let's make a "neck" school uniform. This is a white strip of paper 5 mm wide, 7 cm long. The blank has rounded ends. We fold the workpiece in the form of a "collar-rack". We place and glue on the basis of the postcard.

Here you can take a closer look at the top of the apron.

8. Decorate a snow-white apron with mother-of-pearl half-beads and a bouquet maple leaves or satin bow. On the hem, you can also place and decorate a paper pocket.

Graduation is important point in the lives of schoolchildren, and on this day everyone is in a hurry to bring their congratulations to them. As a memorable gift, a graduate can be presented with an original postcard,

And a postcard for a graduate, made using the technique

Cute postcards for the last call to graduates with their own hands can be made by both teachers and primary school students. For example, a do-it-yourself postcard to a 11th grade graduate can be made by first graders or tenth graders who are preparing to take the place of graduates.

All that is needed in the work is a dense double-sided,

glue, scissors, paper tapes and quilling tools (a stick or a fork with a forked end).

Fold the paper sheet in half.

The space between the top and the bell itself is filled with a ribbon folded in the form of a zigzag.

We take two more yellow paper tapes.

We give them the shape of curls - first we twist one end of the tape into a roll, and then its second end, but at the same time we direct the twist in the other direction.

According to this principle, we make several such curls.

We decorate the lower part of the bells with them.

We twist a free roll.

We give it the shape of a droplet, squeezing one end well.

We make a few of these drops.

We fill the entire area of the bell with them, directing the tips of the droplets in different directions.

We take a ribbon of another - for example, red, color.

We make five round rolls out of it.

Squeezing one tip, we give them the shape of drops.

We glue these drops with each other in the form of a flower, which, for strength, is glued along the outer edge with a red tape.

The flower is ready, while we put it aside.

We make five very tight orange curls.

Pushing the middle up, give them volume.

We glue the curls together in the form of a flower.

We glue this flower to the previously made flower - on top of it.

We take a green ribbon, bend it in half.

We twist it into a curl, starting the twist from the place of the fold. Leave opposite ends free.

From the same tape we make several free round curls.

We give them the shape of leaves, squeezing from both ends.

We glue the leaves and stems on the postcard - next to the bells.

Glue a flower on top, decorate its middle with a white bead.

The school graduate is almost done with his own hands!

It remains only to stick a congratulatory inscription on the bottom, and write kind parting words inside.
